yes, it might be problematic ; such old IGPs just can't pump any decent amount of polygons per second...
I just tested TEM2 on my MBP with an Intel HD5000 and I had to lower the player details to achieve 60fps on the 2D court, which means it can't do more than 1.5 millions polys/second, where the NVidia 760 GTX, a medium-range 2013 gamer 3D card, can reach 300 millions polygons per second in real conditions...
And TE4 players will have a significantly higher poly count than the legacy old ones.
