I've recently bought this game and I love many things about it, but there is a nasty bug when using mouse controls. When I turn off visual cursor, the short shots and short acceleration are practically unmakeable. Not because I do anything wrong, I can ignore looking at the cursor when it's on and still easily do short shots/short acc with my mouse, but whenever I turn it off the game simply doesn't register as a short shot no matter how much I move the mouse forward while pressing the left button.

It's a pity cause mouse controls without any visual clues seems like the most realistic of the controls options for this game. Is there a chance for a fix?

Hello,

it's not bugged ; the mouse without the visual cursors emulates the keyboard, so you have to continuously move up during the whole preparation to do a short strike or accel (like you would keep the up arrow key if playing with the keyboard). This is pretty hard to do, that's why I added the visual cursor option.

If you know how to Mod, you can replace these files by fully transparent ones in "TE4-ModdingSDK\Models\Textures" :
- MouseAim.tga
- MouseAimArrow.tga
- MouseAimCenter.tga

And adding in your Tennis.ini, this line, under [3dEngine] : (HowTo => topic19-32161.php )

One more question, does weight of players in Tennis Elbow 2013 have any gameplay consequences or is it only for esthetics of player model? And does height only affect speed and reach or some other aspect of gameplay as well?

Weight is only esthetic.

And Height only affects run acceleration and reach.

it worked. I've modded my game and now can use the proper mouse controls with indicator turned on, without having to see it. Thanks for help.
