While I am not outright reporting him, as I've spoken with manutoo about the issues and found that it's not a true offense for which you can be banned..
The player "Tom", whose ELO is in the high 1800's to 1900's, and has a very bad rep, will constantly engage in gamesmanship behavior. I was playing him earlier today as character "Nadawhl". After the first few minutes, in which he constantly celebrated every winner and sent taunting messages to me, I chatblocked him. Following that, when he realized I was serving too well for him to break me, began pausing, watching replays, etc almost every second, trying to break my serve rythm. in the last two service games of mine, in which I was serving at 4-5 and 5-6, he resorted to outright lag-switching, slowing the game down tremendously just before I was to serve or strike the ball. Thankfully I was extremely bold and continued to go for outright aces on both first and second serves. I saved a matchpoint in the final regular service game, and despite his antics made it to triple match point in the tiebreak. At that point he lagged the game so bad that he was able to track down two perfectly placed serves because he could tell after the first frame where they were going, and hit return winners off of serves that he'd been missing all day.
He then paused before serving several times on the final match point, and lagged himself into an ace. I saved a match point myself before finally beating him, and then he timed out the whole match after match point, though I am not sure why.
I have played him several times with different characters, and it is always the same. I am not sure how his ELO is that high, as he is definitely not a superior player to me (my elo is usually in the 1500's). I can only imagine that he uses these antics to frustrate higher ranked players and keep them from playing their game.
Watch out for this guy, definitely not a good opponent to have to deal with.
