Well Santi, first of all it's not the ATP who deals with drug suspensions, it's the ITF. And in my opinion, the ITF is horrible with their punishments. They're way too harsh. Gasquet was one of the few to actually appeal his punishment, and he got it overturned. But it's just plain stupid to suspend the guy before trying him. I don't know if Europeans are given preference over South Americans or what, but there's something very wrong with the ITF's attitude.
