Hi, I was playing a career from 2000 and I've changed in the tourcategory.ini the number of sets in the final of the masters to the best of five sets until 2007, and from 2008 I've changed again to the best of three sets like in real life, but when I watch de past champions the scores of the finals change and it only shows three sets but a lot of matches were played to four or five sets.

I think with the images it'll be more easy to understand.

If I edit in the tourcategory.ini NbSetFinal = 3 this is showed.

Mmmmm, Is there a way to change nbseetfinal to two but the past champions screen shows the complete results?

Hello,

no, you cannot do that.

Instead, you need to create 2 categories, 1 with 3 sets for the final, and 1 with 2 sets.

Then you set 2 tournaments (or more) but happening only on some specific years.

Yes, I have thought to do that, but the problem is that the new category starts, for example, in 2008, and you can't see the past champions because is like a "new" tournament.

Well, I think I prefer keep it although it can´t see the complete results of the past years. Thank you.

You can give them the same Family name and they will be joined for the Past Champions screen (check Montreal/Toronto in the official base).

Wow, I didn't know this, but it's truth, Canada and Toronto show the past Champions altought there are two different tournaments.

Thank you, I'll edit the touratp.ini and the tourcategory.ini and I'll add the "family" line.

Hi again, I have been doing tests and simulating years in the career, and I've found a similar mistake with the Olympics.

If I see the draw when the tournament is finished in the "tournaments of the week", it shows that.

No problem, but if then I saw the same draw screen from "all tournament draws", the score of the final is showed incomplete, like it was a three sets match.

And in this case, I've edited nothing of Olympics tournaments, I've found this error from chance.

Another error is that the Olympics titles are showed on career titles screen like "Grand Slam" titles.

1) I fixed the wrong number of sets ; the final length was applied to the Bronze match.
If you load a saved game with an Olympiad tournament done, then the Final & Bronze matches may be corrupted

2) I tested and the Olympiads were in their own category, not with the Slams, so you might have changed something in your bases.

I have started a WT to do tests with no mods, I've load default profile and you're absolutly right with the point 2, in the career titles screen, Olympiads appears correctly.

But with the point 1 I have the same problem. I have seen that by default Olympic final is the best of three sets now, so I created a new profile and I have added only the folder "INI", and I edited only in the tourcategoryatp.ini the line NbSetFinal of 2 to 3 in Olympics category, and the same error happens.
